Members of the public and press are invited to attend the parish council meeting and are welcome to address the parish council on any items on the agenda during the public forum.
Please note that the meeting may be recorded or filmed and that the council is unable to give any guarantee that members of the public will not be included. If you would like to record or film a meeting, we encourage you to contact the council in advance so that we can ensure the necessary arrangements are in place.
AGENDA
1. Apologies:
To receive and consider accepting apologies from members.
2. Declaration of Interests:
Members are responsible for determining whether they have a disclosable pecuniary interest in any item on the agenda, as defined by regulations made by the Secretary of State and should disclose it and any other conflict of interest they may have, as soon as possible after the start of the meeting.
3. Dispensations:
To receive and consider granting any dispensation requests.
4. Minutes:
To approve the minutes of the ordinary parish council meeting held on 4 March 2024.
5. Public Forum:
A maximum of 15 minutes is set aside for members of the public to address the council on any item on the agenda. A maximum of 3 minutes shall be allowed for each speaker.
6. Planning Matters:
i. To review and consider any amendment to the responses made using delegated powers for the following planning applications:
a) 24/00539/FUL
35 Huckson Road, Bisho’s Itchington, CV47 2TF – Demolition and alterations to existing garage, replaced with single storey rear and side extension,
b) 24/00143/FUL
Holmes House Hambridge Road Bishops Itchington Warwickshire CV47 2SB - Incorporation of 180 square metres of paddock into land associated with the residential use of Holmes House, and erection of a domestic swimming pool, surrounding patio and enclosing wall.
ii. To discuss the following planning consultation:

The Licensing Team have received an application to trade as a mobile Fish and Chip shop within Zone 3 of Stratford on Avon District. Zones 1 and 2 cover the centre and outskirts of Stratford on Avon town. Zone 3 covers the remainder of the district as per the plan.
The application seeks to allow trading during the following times:
Monday to Saturday 11:00 – 20:30 hrs

8. Community Grant Application Forms:
To consider the following Community Grant Application Forms:

9. Annual Village Meeting – 29 April 2024
To note final arrangements for the Annual Village Meeting.
10.Request from National Grid to Lay an Underground Cable on Land off Ladbroke Road, Bishops Itchington
To consider and approve the proposed wayleave agreement for the work to be undertaken.
11.Environment & Properties:
i. The Playground – Verbal report following meeting with SDC Community Safety regarding CCTV.
ii. Ladbroke Road/Central Drive Footpath – update on the work undertaken be WCC and to discuss further issues.
12.Finance:
1. To receive monthly financial report for March 2024,
2. To receive bank reconciliation reports for
a) February 2024,
b) March 2024.
3. To approve accounts for payment 8 April 2024
4. To note the increase in the hourly hire rate of the Memorial Hall for the Crafty Cuppa Meetings (increase from £5.50 per hour to £7.00 per hour)

15.Date of Next Meeting:
The annual parish council meeting will be held on Monday 13 May 2024 at 7.30pm at the Community Centre and at its conclusion, will be immediately followed by the next ordinary meeting of the parish council.
